Edge Training
The Edge Programs are designed to improve overall athleticism through speed, power, agility, coordination, balance, strength, and endurance training. Each athlete will receive personal instruction on proper technique as well as direction towards their quest for success. Speed, agility and strength testing is done monthly and Integrity Edge Ratings are emailed to athltete/parent so you can track your progress. The one hour sessions are run by a trainer/coach that provides instruction and motivation during the entire session.
Edge I (ages 11 -14)

Soccer Kids in Motion (ages 7-10)
Teach them early and they will never forget it. Kids in Motion is the best of coordination and soccer skills training for kids as young as 7 years old. This is the best way to offer success and confidence to your young soccer player. The curriculum is focused on improving running technique, coordination and building neuromuscular patterns as a foundation for speed and agility. Training proper motor will significantly improve performance in years to come. Your athlete will discover a passion for athletics through fun, competitive activities that will lead to a lifelong health. The one hour sessions are run by a coach/trainer that provides instruction and motivation during the entire session.

Soccer Edge I (ages 11-14)
This program progresses the athlete through the fundamentals of speed, power, agility, core strength and quickness training. Instruction includes teaching technique to improve soccer skills, running speed, jumping, agility, balance and coordination. Athletes will be instructed in proper warm-ups, cool-downs and improving flexibility to properly manage chronic injuries that often occur at this age. Improving speed, agility and coordination along with nutrition, motivation and social skills will maximize the athletes' success in sport. The one hour sessions are run by a coach/trainer that provides instruction and motivation during the entire session.

Soccer Edge II (ages 15+)
This program pushes athletes toward their peak soccer performance. The athlete will refine their soccer skills, increase muscle strength, learn proper running techniques so they can dramatically increase strength, power, agility and speed. This comprehensive program combines physical, mental and nutritional training designed to unlock each athletes' potential. The one hour sessions are run by a coach/trainer that provides instruction and motivation during the entire session.

Soccer Edge III (College Program)
Beginning in June Integrity APPT will offer an Edge III program for all our athletes preparing to play college soccer next year. The program will prepare athletes to be successful in their upcoming college seasons. The program combines technical training with speed, agility, fitness training, resisted weight training and nutritional education that will push our athletes to a higher level of performance. The cirriculum is based off a combination of off-season programs from the best schools around the country and is designed to allow our athletes to peak in lae summer before they begin pre-season training with their school. I am excited about giving our kids the Edge they need to excel at the collegiate level. The program begins in June and runs through late August. Sessions will also be available duing breaks and between semesters. The one hour sessions are run by a coach/trainer that provides instruction and motivation during the entire session. Included are specialty sessions on:
- Finishing
- Ball striking
- Technical speed for a higher paced game
- Playing the ball in the air
- Upper and Lower body weight training
- Plyometrics for speed
- Sprinting Speed training
- Fitness test training
Cost $300 for access to all sessions, weight room.
Edge Adult
This fitness class is for people of all fitness levels that want to get into great shape. The fun and creative one hour session consists of warm-up, stretching, cardio exercises that can be done at slow or fast pace depending on your comfort level, core strength training and resisted weight training. This class will help you shed pounds, gain and tone muscle, provide an opportunity for you to get into great shape, feel great about yourself and have fun doing it. When I start talking to adults about hurdles, ladders and lifting weights they get a little frightened - don't. There is a modification to every exercise that is perfect for every level. I offer a free health screen to any potential particpants and you can try it once for free because I know you will get hooked on it. You will see results. The one hour sessions are run by a coach/trainer that provides instruction and motivation during the entire session.
$100/month for access to all sessions. No contracts.
Team Edge
Team and sport specific training is designed to meet the physical, mental and nutritional needs of your team by improving team speed, quickness, jumping ability, strength and confidence. Coach participation is encouraged. In season and out of season programs are available.

Summer Edge Package
Integrity APPT Summer Edge Package is for all Athletes that want to run faster, jump higher and be stronger. The Summer Edge sessions will include a warm-up, speed and agility training followed by resisted weight training. Each session includes personal instruction and motivation to help you reach your athletic goals. Speed, agility and strength testing is done monthly that will give you an Integrity Edge rating so you can track your progress.
Included in the package are specialty sessions once a week on topics such as:
- Lower Body resisted weight training
- Upper Body resisted weight training
- Sprinting speed technique
- Plyometrics for jumping and speed
- Nutrition for the athlete
- Injury prevention and care
Cost $350 for June - August includes 5 sessions a week, access to weight area and specialty sessions
The Ultimate Summer Soccer Sessions Package
We have created the best off season summer soccer teaching tool available. Imagine a first class soccer skills clinic, speed and agility clinic and strength training program with loads of goals and motivation mixed in that lasts all summer and is conveniently available daily. This is a soccer players dream come true. The Summer Soccer Program sessions include a technical warm up with the ball, speed and agility training followed by resisted weight training. Speed, agility and strength testing is done monthly that will give you an Integrity Edge rating so you can track your progress. The package also includes specialty sessions weekly on topics such as:
